Why is RTO Compliance so important?
With the VET sector being as highly regulated as it is, your RTO’s compliance with the NVR Act, the Standards for RTOs and the various other laws and regulations is critical. Given that may of the Clauses within the Standards for RTOs interact with one another, and without a comprehensive understanding of each clause and the relationship between the various clauses, your effectiveness as a compliance practitioner is limited and you cannot be fully effective unless you have a complete and comprehensive understanding of the interpretation and application of the clauses within the Standards for RTOs.
In Module 1 of the RTO Standards Unpacked! we unpack the Standards to a practical level where the meanings and interpretations of each Standard/Clause are explained for everyday use.
At the end of this component, you will have the skills and knowledge to:
implement the Standards for RTOs in your RTO’s day-to-day operations
All AICP learners can upgrade to the Compliance Plus Program for an additional $550 (this is a saving of $345 off the cost of Module 1 of the RTO Standards Unpacked! course).
